Workspace Synchronization
Configure dashboard import settings and click Import Dashboards to retrieve dashboard records into Odoo.
Access the Dashboards section from the SmartSheet Home interface to view managed dashboard cards.
Open the Shares tab on the dashboard record to add collaborators or retrieve shared permissions.
Use header action buttons on the dashboard form to publish, move, or delete records in Smartsheet.
Open the Log History tab to inspect synchronization execution records and view detailed API responses.
Configure folder import settings and press Import Folders to sync folder data from Smartsheet.
Click header action buttons on the folder form to move or delete folders within Smartsheet.
Select multiple folders in the list view and click Export Folders to Smartsheet under Actions.
Click Create Schedule Action under EXPORT settings to automate periodic folder export jobs.
Access the Integration Hub overview to monitor connected instance status, entity counters, and sync activities.
Review real-time entity count cards on the connector dashboard for synchronized Smartsheet resources.
Configure sheet import options and press Import Sheets to fetch sheet records into Odoo.
Access the Shares tab on the sheet form view to inspect or manage sheet collaborator permissions.
Use header action buttons on the sheet form to move, publish, or create projects from sheets.
Specify column mapping parameters in the popup dialog and press Create to generate tasks.
Select sheet records in the list view and click Export Sheets to Smartsheet under Actions.
Configure schedule actions and webhook settings on the instance form to automate real-time sheet sync.
Enable workspace import and export settings and press Import Workspace to retrieve remote workspace structures.
Inspect the Shares tab on the workspace form to manage collaborator access or delete remote shares.
Select workspace records in the list view and click Export Workspace to Smartsheet under Actions.
Click Open on the Workspaces card within SmartSheet Home to view and manage workspace records.
Configure report import options and press Import Reports to sync report data from Smartsheet.
Click Open on the Reports card within SmartSheet Home to view all synchronized report records.
Open the Shares tab on the report record to view collaborator permissions and add new shares.
Use header and list buttons on the report form to move or delete reports in Smartsheet.
Enable Auto Import Report Shares and click Create Schedule Action to schedule automated share sync.
Configure user import and export settings and press Import Users to fetch user records.
Navigate to the Users list view in Odoo Settings to review internal user accounts.
Access the Smartsheet tab on user form to reactivate user status or remove accounts.
Select user records in the list view and click Export Users to Smartsheet under Actions.
Configure group import settings and press Import Groups to retrieve project group records from Smartsheet.
Navigate to the Groups list view in Integration Hub to view all synchronized group items.
Click Delete from Smartsheet on the group record to remove group access from remote servers.
Select group records in list view and click Export Groups to Smartsheet under Actions.
Select Smartsheet Settings and open the Contacts tab to access contact synchronization options.
Enable Import Contact Image and click Import Contacts to fetch contacts with profile photos.
Click Create Schedule Action under Contacts settings to automate background contact synchronization.
Review the Log History section on the configuration page to monitor recent contact synchronization events.
