You are responsible for maintaining your Shopify account and store, providing accurate information, obtaining any permissions or consents required by law, maintaining the security of your store and credentials, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. You remain solely responsible for your store content, products, services, customer communications, and business operations.
6. Fees and Billing
Certain Services may require payment. Fees are billed through Shopify or another approved payment method as disclosed during installation or purchase. Unless otherwise required by law, fees paid are non-refundable. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Services.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, code, technology, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, and related materials, remain the exclusive property of Softhealer Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
8. Confidentiality
During your use of the Services, either party may receive confidential information from the other. Each party agrees to protect such confidential information using reasonable care, use it only for purposes related to the Services, and not disclose it except when required by law or with prior consent. This obligation, however, does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from another source.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with Shopify and other third-party services. Softhealer Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for third-party products or services, third-party content, third-party policies or practices, or any service interruptions caused by third-party systems. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.
10. Service Availability and Updates
We continuously improve our Services and may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. While we strive to provide reliable Services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Softhealer Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides support through available support channels. Support availability and response times may vary depending on the Service, subscription plan, and support workload.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, your use creates security, legal, or operational risks, it is required by law, requested by Shopify or another authorized platform, or necessary to protect our systems, users, or business interests. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the App or discontinuing use. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before termination.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including:
- Loss of data, content, or business revenue.
- Errors, interruptions, or security breaches beyond the Operator's control.
- Inaccuracies in the Service content or third-party integrations.
- Unauthorized access to your account or changes to your uploaded content.
- The Service may contain inaccuracies.
The Operator does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free. Your use is entirely at your own risk.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
