Go to the user's settings and configure the ZID settings.
Click on the ZID menu.
Enter the required data and then click on the 'Authentication' button.
First you need to import the basic things, so click on the 'Import Basic Things' button. Tick the 'Manage Log History Basic Things' option in the orders tab to view the logs.
To import your customers, go to the customer's tab and select the 'Import Customer' and 'Manage Log History' options. Then, simply click on the 'Sync customers' button.
To import the customer's from the queue, go to the queue menu and select the 'Customer Queue'.
First you need to import the basic things, so click on the 'Import Basic Things' button. Tick the 'Manage Log History Basic Things' option in the orders tab to view the logs.
To import your products, go to the product's tab and select the following options: 'Import Product,' 'Manage Log History,' and 'Sync Image. Proceed by clicking on the 'Sync Products' button. For an overview of the imported products, refer to the log history, where you will find an imported list.
In the Orders tab, tick the 'Import Order' and, 'Manage Log History' options. To import the orders, click on the 'Sync Orders' button.
You can register/unregister webhooks and view events and State under the 'Webhooks' tab.

To configure the Auto Sales Workflow, go to the configuration and click on the 'Auto Sales Workflow Zid' menu option.
After that, you can set auto sales workflow.

You can group products based on the Zid ID.
Go to ZID Configuration -> Inventory Sync tab and enable the Enable Location-Based Inventory Sync option.
Click Configuration menu and select the Location Mappings submenu.
The ZID Location Mappings list view will open.
Open a record to access the ZID Location Mapping form view and check the ZID Location ID.
Go to the Product Form View and Map the On-Hand Quantity and ZID ID.
Click the Queue menu under ZID and select Stock Export Queue.
The Stock Export Queue list view will open. Select the required queue records and click Process Queue Manually from the Action.
The synced record logs will be visible under the Log History section in ZID Configuration.
Go to ZID Configuration -> Marketing & Coupons tab and click Export ZID Coupons button.
The exported record logs will be visible under the Log History section in ZID Configuration.
Open the ZID Coupons menu in Odoo.
Select the required Coupons from the list view and click Export to ZID from the Action.
The exported record logs will be visible under the Log History section in ZID Configuration.
Go to ZID Configuration -> Marketing & Coupons tab and click Import ZID Coupons button.
The imported record logs will be visible under the Log History section in ZID Configuration.
Click the Configurations menu and select the Coupons submenu.
The Imported Coupons list view will open. Click on a coupon from the list view to open its form view.
The Coupon Form View will open.
