Currently, when a WhatsApp message is received in the Odoo mobile application, there is no distinguishable notification. To resolve this, we developed a module that offers WhatsApp push notification management features, empowering users to stay connected with their customers.

Go to the 'WhatsApp Business Accounts' in the WhatsApp configurations.
Select the users for the WhatsApp push notifications you wish to send.
Once the WhatsApp channel is created, the selected notify users will be automatically assigned.
When someone sends a message on WhatsApp, a push notification will be displayed for the designated internal users.
Simply click on the WhatsApp push notification to respond.
After that, you will be redirected to the chat.
