Customers have certain queries in their minds and they ask questions. Sometimes it's difficult to manage all questions. So this module provides functionality to manage customer questions. When any customer asks the website product question at that time question email notification sent to the related user. You can choose related users for a particular product so they get product question email notification. cheers!

Select responsible users for email notification.
Press the "Have a question?" button to ask a question.
After that one wizard opens, fill the details, and press the "Submit" button.
After submitting a question it shows a success message that related users get an email notification.
