Customer Payment Portal
Let customers pay online securely through a self-service payment portal.
Go to Website -> Configuration -> Payment Providers to access Wallee settings.
Enter your Wallee SpaceID, UserID, and Authentication key to enable payment processing.
Go to the "Configuration" select "Wallee" payment method.
Enable Wallee Payments across multiple Odoo websites.
You can set custom payment messages.
Select "Wallee" in checkout and click "Pay Now".
Enter card details.
Once payment is done, it shows an order confirmation message.
Multi-Currencies supported by Wallee for payment processing.
Now go to the "Configuration" => "Payment Transactions".
It shows transaction details.
Payment transaction form view with all details.
Press "Refund" to make a refund order.
The"Refund" pop-up with details, click "Refund".
The payment record PBNK1/2026/00001 highlights the Refunds smart button, linking to a confirmed partial refund of $ -48.00.
The detailed view for payment PBNK1/2026/00002 links the $ 48.00 refund directly to transaction R-S00037 for full traceability.
The Payment Transactions dashboard displays the confirmed refund R-S00037 for $ -48.00 directly above the original source payment.
The transaction detail view for R-S00037 confirms a $ -48.00 refund processed via Wallee, linked to the original source order.
The payment transaction record highlights the unique Reference R-S00037, confirming the confirmed status of the $ -48.00 refund.
The payment transaction S00037 displays a Child Transactions list, directly linking the confirmed refund R-S00037 for $ -48.00 to the parent record.
Click the Pay Now button at the portal for portal payment.
Select "Wallee" in checkout and click "Pay Now".
Enter card details.
Once payment is done, it shows an order confirmation message.
