Go to sales => Sale price history.
After that, Sale price history wizard will appear. Select the Filter by: 'Category' and click on the 'Generate' button.
You can filter the price history based on product and category.
If you want to see the quotation in the filtered price list then tick 'Include Quotation'.
Here, you can see the result of the sales price history.
