RFQ/PO Email Status
Currently in odoo when you click "Print RFQ" or "Send by Email" then the RFQ status changed to "RFQ Sent" so sometimes you have confusion in email status. So in this module, when you press the "Send by Email" button then only the "Email Sent" boolean is tick. You can filter and group by Request For Quotation/Purchase Order by "Email Sent". We have created one security group for failed sent mail so when you tick "Show Failed PO Emails" in users then the "Failed Emails" menu is shown in purchase orders.
- Easy to know RFQ/PO email status.
- You can filter and group by Request For Quotation/Purchase Order by "Email Sent".
- Separate menu to check failed purchase order emails.
When an email is sent then this boolean is ticked.
Now we send an email.
"Email Sent" boolean is ticked now.
You can filter Request For Quotation by "Email Sent".
You can group by Request For Quotation by "Email Sent".
When you send an email the"Email Sent" boolean is ticked in the purchase order.
You can filter Purchase Order by "Email Sent".
You can group by Purchase Order by "Email Sent".
If you want to know failed sent mail then tick "Show Failed PO Emails".
