Recently Viewed Records
Using this module, you can enhance your workflow by easily accessing records you've recently interacted with. This feature allows you to quickly revisit and manage these records without having to search for them again.
Features
- Quickly access a list of recently viewed records.
- You can also search for specific records within the recently viewed list.
- You can save frequently accessed records to bookmarks tab for easy retrieval.
- View recently viewed records within the user section for a personalized experience.
- User can easily save, discard, or clear records with intuitive icons and buttons.
- Easy to remove individual records from the recently viewed list using the 'Discard' button or cancel icon.
- You can easily remove all records from the recently viewed list.
Go to the preferences.
Enable the 'Enable Recent Record View' option.
To view recently viewed records, click on the eye icon.
You can search the record by name.
Save the record by clicking on the save icon.
After saving the record, it will be moved to the bookmark tab and removed from the record tab.
You can view saved records in the bookmarks tab. To remove a record from the bookmarks, click on the cancel icon.
The record has been removed.
To clear a bookmarked record, click on the 'Clear Records' button.
All records have been cleared.
To discard the record, click the 'Discard' button.
The recently viewed record popup has been closed.
In the user section, you can also view the recently viewed records.
