Purchase Mail Template With Multi Company
Our module allows for easy creation of email templates, with the ability to define templates by their type. Users can set allowed companies for access, and easily create RFQs. RFQs can be sent directly via email from the RFQ form view, enabling efficient communication.

Alpha Company
Open the email template and select the company.
Open the email template and select the company.
Select the template type: RFQ.
Tick default template boolean.
Set the template type as 'Confirm' in other template.
Create RFQ and click on the 'Send By Email' button. In the email composition wizard, add the appropriate subject for the email and proceed to load the designated email template.
Create another RFQ and click on the 'Send By Email' button. Add the subject in the compose email wizard and load the designated email template.
Beta Company
Add a company name, template type: RFQ, and also tick a default template boolean.
Set the template type as 'Confirm' in an other template.
Go to the user setting and select allowed company.
Create RFQ and click on the 'Send By Email' button. In the email composition wizard, add the appropriate subject for the email and proceed to load the designated email template.
Create another RFQ and click on the 'Send By Email' button. Add the subject in the compose email wizard and load the designated email template.
