Go to the users and tick the 'Secondary Unit On Product'.
Tick the 'Units Of Measure' option in the inventory settings.
Tick the 'Is Secondary Unit' boolean in the product form view.
Select the right secondary unit of measure for a primary unit of measure in product.
Note: The 'Secondary UOM' field is displayed only when the 'Is Secondary Unit' boolean is enabled.
