Portal Maintenance

Currently, in odoo, you can't manage the maintenance request at the portal. Using this module you can create a maintenance request from the website portal based on priority. You can edit or delete maintenance requests using "Action". You can sort by maintenance request by newest and name. We have provided a filter maintenance request option so easy to filter the maintenance request by last month, last week, last year, this month, this quarter, today, this week & this year. You can easily group by the maintenance request by none, stage, equipment, responsible. Using a search bar you can search maintenance requests easily. The admin can save or cancel the maintenance request from the portal and that changes automatically saved in backend. The admin can reopen the maintenance request from the portal. It shows notification after create, update, reopen & cancel the maintenance request. You can chat/message or share attachment inside the maintenance request chatter.

Go to the user and select user type: 'Portal'.

In my account(portal) go to 'maintenance requests'.

Easy to group by, filter & sort by maintenance requests using smart buttons.

You can sort by maintenance requests by newest and name.

You can filter maintenance requests using any of the provided custom filter list.

You can group by maintenance requests by none, stage, equipment, responsible.
To create a new maintenance request click on the 'Create a New Request' button.

After that one wizard opens fill details and press the "Create" button.

It shows notification after creating the maintenance request.

Here you can see the created maintenance request.
Press the edit button to edit the maintenance request from the portal.

Fill or update details and press the 'Save' button.
If you want to update the maintenance request again then click on the 'Edit' button.

It shows notification after updating the maintenance request.

Fill or update details and press the 'Save' button.

The admin can cancel the updated maintenance request.

It shows notification after cancelling the maintenance request.

After that it comes to reopen state, here admin can save or cancel maintenance requests, It shows notification after reopening the maintenance requests.
