Point Of Sale Stock Information
Do you want to show the quantity of product stock in the POS products? This module allows you to displays product stock quantities at the point of sale. You can choose whether On-hand Quantity, Forecasted Quantity, or both will be displayed on the product screen. Stock information helps you to provide better customer services.

Display Current Stock in POS
Shows real-time product stock quantities directly within the POS session interface.
On-hand Quantity Display
Displays the actual physical quantity available in the warehouse for each product.
Forecasted Quantity Display
Shows the virtual/available quantity including planned incoming and outgoing stock movements.
Dual Quantity View
Enables displaying both on-hand and forecasted quantities simultaneously on product cards.
Sub-location Stock Visibility
Shows stock quantities across all sub-locations within the selected warehouse location.
Default Source Location Selection
Allows configuration of the primary warehouse location for stock information display.
Access Group Control
Enables or disables stock visibility through a dedicated "Display Stock Information" user group setting.
You need to tick the 'Import Users' group to import the users.
'Import Users' menu in the Users & Companies.
When you click the 'Import Users' menu, the wizard will open and it looks like below.
Success message looks like below it shows successfully imported records.
The following users are imported.
User imported with extra rights.
Enable the 'Display Stock Information' group, we choose 'On-hand quantity' for the POS.
Select the Default Source Location.
In the current stock tree view, you can see the default source location.

We choose 'Virtual quantity'.
In the current stock tree view, you can see the available quantity.

Now we choose 'Both'.
