Go to the POS settings and enable the POS note configuration options.

Click on the "Action" button.
After clicking the "Action" button, the action wizard will open. Click on the "General Note" from the options.

After that, the "General Note" wizard will open. Add general notes here and click on the "Apply" button.

Click on the "Internal Note" button.
Add internal notes in the "Internal Note" wizard, and you can save additional notes as predefined options if needed.

Go to the "Note Models" menu to view the stored notes.

Click the "New" button to create a new note.

Enter your note here and click the "Save" button.

Click on the "Action" button.
After that, the action wizard will appear. Press the smart button to view all predefined notes.

You can manage predefined notes from the POS interface also.
To create a new note, click on the "Create" button.

After that, this wizard will appear, here you can create predefined notes for quick use.

From here, you can delete, edit, or save the notes.

Enable the "Display Internal Note in Receipt" option.
