It enhances the checkout experience with customizable payment status messages and automatic notifications, while offering full multi-website compatibility so each site can manage its own payment settings. The module also supports processing refunds directly from Odoo for smoother cancellations, maintains complete transaction history for easy tracking, and handles multi-currency payments with accurate conversions. Additionally, customers can securely pay through a dedicated self-service payment portal, ensuring a reliable and convenient payment experience for your e-commerce business.

Click on the Payment Dashboard from the Apps to view payment related information.
The Payment Dashboard provides an overview of payment activities, including Total Volume, Total Transactions, Success Rate, Failed Transactions, and Refunded Transactions.
Users can filter the data using From Date, To Date, and Provider filters, refresh the dashboard using the Refresh button.
Select Paynow from the Provider filter on the Payment Dashboard to view payment statistics, transactions, revenue metrics, and charts related specifically to Paynow.
Click on the Total Volume tile from the Payment Dashboard to View all confirmed transactions.
Clicking on the Total Volume tile from the Payment Dashboard will open a List View of all Confirmed Transactions.
The dashboard displays interactive charts for Transaction Volume Over Time, Transactions by Status, and Volume by Provider, enabling users to analyze payment trends and performance more effectively.
Recent Transactions can also be viewed directly from the Payment Dashboard, allowing users to quickly monitor the latest payment activities and transaction statuses.
Clicking the View All button in the Recent Transactions section of the Payment Dashboard will open a Payment Transactions List View.
Refunded Transactions can also be viewed directly from the Payment Dashboard, allowing users to quickly review all refunded payment transactions and their details.
Clicking the View All button in the Refunded Transactions section of the Payment Dashboard will open a Refunded Transactions List View.
Users can switch to Night Mode from the Payment Dashboard for enhanced visibility.
Switch to Night Mode to enjoy a dark-themed dashboard with improved visibility and a more comfortable viewing experience.
Go to the Website General Settings and enable the Failed Payment Notification option to receive notifications whenever a payment transaction fails.
Configure the Failed Payment Notification Type by selecting one of the following options: Bell Icon Only, Email Only, or Both Email and Bell Icon.
Failed payment notifications can be viewed from the Bell Icon when the notification type is set to Bell Icon Only or Both Email and Bell Icon.
Failed payment notifications will be sent via Email when the notification type is set to Email Only or Both Email and Bell Icon.
Users will receive an email containing the failed payment details and related transaction information.
Go to Website -> Configuration -> Payment Providers to access Paynow settings.
Select Paynow from the list of available payment providers and click Activate.
Enter your Paynow API key and signature key to enable payment processing.
Go to the "Configuration" select "Paynow" payment method.
Enable Paynow Payments across multiple Odoo websites.
You can set custom payment messages.
The order confirmation page displays a successful payment message.
The checkout page allows customers to select PayNow as their payment method and finalize their purchase by clicking the 'Pay now' button.
The external PayNow gateway provides a variety of payment methods, including card and mobile options, to finalize the transaction for Order S00042.
The authorization simulation page allows users to finalize the test transaction for Order S00042 by clicking the 'AUTORYZUJ' button.
The PayNow success page confirms that the transaction was successful and provides a link for the customer to return to the online store.
The final order confirmation page provides a full summary of Order S00042 and its successful 1,500.00 zł payment through PayNow.
The Configuration tab in the PayNow settings allows administrators to define currency availability, such as EUR, GBP, PLN, and USD, for the payment provider.
The Configuration dropdown menu allows users to navigate to Payment Transactions to view and manage recorded customer payment data.
The Payment Transaction detail view provides a complete audit trail for Order S00042, showing the payment reference, total amount, and confirmed status.
The Vendor Payments view in the Invoicing module provides a detailed breakdown of transaction PBNK1/2025/00009, including the amount, date, and current processing status.
The Invoicing module provides a Refund button within the vendor payment record to easily initiate the reversal of a confirmed transaction.
The Refund pop-up window allows administrators to enter a specific refund amount for a transaction before finalizing the reversal.
The updated vendor payment record displays a linked refund transaction and a confirmation log for the -500.00 zł reversal.
The Payment Transactions list view provides a comprehensive list of all confirmed payments and refunds, including the specific reversal for record R-S00042.
The detailed view for refund R-S00042 shows the negative transaction amount and links it directly to the original source transaction for full traceability.
The online invoice portal allows customers to view their proforma invoice details and click 'Pay Now' to complete a £ 12.00 transaction.
The Pay pop-up window allows customers to verify their £ 12.00 invoice amount and choose PayNow as their secure payment method.
The PayNow payment gateway allows customers to enter their card details and click 'PŁACĘ' to settle a £12.00 invoice.
The authorization page allows customers to finalize the £12.00 payment for invoice INV/2025/00002 by clicking the 'AUTORYZUJ' button.
The PayNow gateway confirms a successful transaction for invoice INV/2025/00002 and provides a link to return to the store.
The digital invoice portal confirms a successful transaction with a 'Paid' status badge and a processing confirmation message for the £ 12.00 balance.
