User creating an Overtime request.
Manager can approve/reject the overtime. Only approved overtime are counted in payslips.
Creating the payslips for the overtime.
We can set the hourly overtime rate in the Payroll tab in the employee.

Adding the Overtime rule in the Salary Rules in the Salary Structure.
We can see the calculated Overtime allowance automatically injected into the Payslip in the Salary Computation.
