You can see total movie shows from the "Show" page in the website.

Using the search bar you can search movies.

You can find movies by date and using the date picker you can book the movies.

Press the 'Book Now' button to book the movie ticket.

After selecting tickets enter details for the payment process.

Tick the 'Movie Booking' in the user for movie booking.

Go to the configuration for the configure movie cast, cast type, movie crew, show type, movie certificate & seating templates.

Seating templates form view, you can manage movie screens and seating arrangements from seating templates.

After pressing 'Open Seat Arrangement' this popup opens, You can manage seating from here.

Fill the details and click 'Prepare Seat Arrangement'. You can add a blank row after each row.

You can add a blank column after each seat.

You can add a blank row & column both after each row and seat.

You can delete the particular row or seat.

Click on the add a line. Set seating template and click on the 'Save' button.

Movie form view looks like this, you can set movie cast, movie date, release date, show type, certificate, crew, duration, movie language, trailer link, movie image & seating template. You can update seating as per seating templates from here.

You can write about a movie from the about tab.

You can add movie images from the images tab.

You can arrange a movie show with a seating arrangement from the event tab.

Go to the Event Settings and configure the Cancellation and Refund Rules.

On the Customer Portal Invoice page, the Cancel & Refund Booking button is visible, allowing customers to cancel their booking and request a refund according to the configured cancellation and refund rules.

Click the Cancel & Refund Booking button to open the Cancellation Confirmation wizard, then click Confirm Cancellation to proceed with the booking cancellation and refund process.

Upon confirming the cancellation, a Refund Order is automatically created in the backend. Users can access it from the Invoice Form View using the Refund Orders smart button.

Open the Refund Order Form View to review and manage the refund details.

Once the booking is cancelled, the reserved seats are released and become available for booking by other customers.

Upon cancelling the booking, a Booking Cancellation Confirmation notification is automatically sent to the customer via WhatsApp.

Create a product and enable the Is Movie Snacks option to make it available as a snack item during the movie ticket booking process.

Go to the Ticket Booking page on the website. Users can view and select the available snacks or food products along with their movie ticket booking before proceeding to checkout.

Users can add snacks or food items to their order while booking movie tickets.

After selecting the snacks and ticket quantity, proceed to the Payment page and complete the purchase through the payment wizard to confirm the booking and snack order.

Go to the Invoice page and click the Pay Now button to proceed with the payment and complete the ticket booking.

The Payment Wizard will open. Review the payment details and click the Pay button to complete the transaction successfully.

The selected snacks/food items are also added to the backend sales order.
