This app simplifies the process for your helpdesk team to efficiently manage both maintenance and equipment through a platform. With "Manage Maintenance with Helpdesk", your team can seamlessly create, track, and resolve maintenance requests directly within the helpdesk system. Similarly, "Manage Equipment with Helpdesk" allows for the smooth handling of equipment-related issues, from ticket creation to resolution, all within the helpdesk interface. With this module, your helpdesk team can seamlessly generate maintenance and equipment requests from helpdesk tickets, or they can create helpdesk tickets from equipment and maintenance requests. This facilitates providing faster responses and improves both maintenance and equipment needs.

Go to maintenance and click on the maintenance request. Create a maintenance request.
If you want to create a ticket for this request then simply click on the 'Create Ticket' button.
After that, you will be redirected to the ticket form view. Fill up the details and save.
Go to the equipment menu. You can also create a ticket from the equipment form view by clicking on the 'Create Ticket' button.
To view the ticket, click on the 'Ticket' smart button.
In the form view of the ticket, you can see the 'Equipment' smart button.
Go to the helpdesk, click on the tickets menu and open a ticket.
You can create a maintenance request and equipment request from here. Click on create maintenance request.
After that, you will be redirected to the maintenance request form view. Fill up the details and save.

You can create an equipment request and equipment request from here. Click on create equipment request.
After that, you will be redirected to the equipment request form view. Fill up the details and save.
