Ecommerce categories form view, Here you can select the websites you want to show the
category and tick the disable checkbox to hide the category from all selected Websites.
Note: This module works individually for parent-child category relations. So if you want to
show the parent category but hide one of the child categories than you need to hide that
child category separately.
