HR Employee Performance Review
This module helps organizations manage and evaluate employee performance easily. HR managers and team leaders can create and set up reviews based on different criteria like review type, scores, and performance. It allows users to define review types, set access permissions, and generate reports based on review type, score, or top-performing employees. The module also provides automatic warnings for invalid scores, ensuring fair and efficient performance reviews.

- You can easily configure the review types.

Go to User Settings >> Grant access to 'Employee Review Access'.

Here, you can configure the review type. To set it as the default review type, tick the 'Default Review Type' boolean.

Here, you can see that the default review type has been added.
If you enter a score greater than 10, a warning popup will appear.

After that, the 'Review Report' wizard will appear. Enter the details, select the "Filter by: Review Type", and click on the 'Print' button.
