Helpdesk Support Ticket To Task
This module useful to create a task from a helpdesk support ticket, you can easily manage odoo tasks with a ticket. This module easily moves information, attachment, etc of the ticket to the task, Task is very useful in the case where you have multiple users who going to manage different actions based on tickets raised by customers.
For example. the customer has raised a ticket and there is 3 responsible person who needs to perform some action on basis of complaint than you can easily divide complain amount 3 responsible persons.
This module depends on our base module "Helpdesk". The helpdesk has many features of support management.

Go to users & companies and tick 'Helpdesk Task'.
You can attach multiple attachments to the ticket.
Press the 'Create Task' button to create a task from the ticket.
You can assign tasks with responsible persons with the task description.
It moves information, attachment, etc of the ticket to the task.
After creating a task, you can see the created task number on the right side of the ticket.
