Shipping Dashboard
Get a centralized view of all shipping activities in one place. The dashboard provides quick operational insights.
Go to the Configuration ==> Delivery Partner.
Click the "Generate Token" button to generate a token.
Fill in your GLS credentials for proper API authentication.
Create a quotation and click on the "Add Shipping" button. After that, "Add a Shipping Method" wizard will appear.
Enter the details and click on the "Add" button to add GLS shipping rate in the quotation.

Click on tracking to track the shipment.

Click "Return" to return the shipment.

The delivery order with details in the backend. It displays the Shipping Information under the Additional Info tab after generating the label. In the log note, it shows that the shipping label was successfully generated, along with a downloadable PDF link.
Select deliveries and click Action -> Mass Label Printing.

Filter the Shipping Dashboard by a specific Shipping Partner, such as GLS Spain, to instantly isolate and review that shipping partner's open orders and delivery metrics.
Combine a specific Date Range with your Shipping Partner filter to narrow down dashboard metrics and isolate delivery records processed within a targeted timeframe.
Use the highlighted Status dropdown menu to further refine your dashboard view by filtering the displayed carrier shipments by specific states, such as 'Ready' or 'Done'.
Combine filters, such as selecting 'GLS Spain' as the partner and 'Done' as the status, to instantly isolate and review only the successfully delivered shipments for a specific provider.
Use the highlighted Customer filter to narrow your dashboard view and instantly display only the shipments associated with a specific client, such as Azure Interior.
Apply the highlighted Warehouse filter to isolate your view, displaying only the shipments that originate from a specific facility, such as 'YourCompany'.
Click the highlighted truck icon in the Tracking column to instantly access carrier tracking information for a specific delivery directly from your dashboard.
The GLS tracking portal requires users to provide both their tracking number and the destination postal code to successfully retrieve real-time delivery updates.
Click the highlighted cloud icon in the Download column to instantly retrieve and save the carrier shipping label for a specific completed delivery directly from your dashboard.
