Face Recognition Attendance
The Face Recognized Attendance module provides a seamless and fully automated attendance tracking solution using facial recognition technology. Users can register their faces once, and the system automatically detects and logs their attendance in real time when they approach the camera. Both check-in and check-out times are recorded instantly, ensuring accurate and hygienic tracking. Designed to eliminate manual attendance methods and reduce the need for biometric devices, this module streamlines attendance management for organizations, schools, and workplaces with multiple users. Administrators can view real-time attendance logs, monitor user activity, and maintain a secure and efficient record of all attendance events.

Enable face scan.
Open the employee profile and navigate to the Face Capture tab to add a new face enrollment.
Choose the preferred camera from the dropdown before starting the face capture process.
Use the live camera preview to position the employee correctly and get ready for face capture.
Capture the employees face or retake the photo until the correct face image is recorded.
Save the captured face image to complete the employees face enrollment.
Open the Attendance module and click the Kiosk Mode button from the list view.
Select the “Scan Face” option in Kiosk Mode to allow employees to check in or out using facial recognition.
Look at the camera properly.
If the scan is successful, it shows a message like below.

Configure Geofencing settings for your company, specifying latitude, longitude, and allowed distance range for location-based attendance.
Seamlessly check-in using the new systray widget, providing a quick way for employees to start their attendance.
Advanced Liveness Detection ensures security by prompting users to blink, verifying they are physically present.
Automated GPS validation prevents check-ins/check-outs when employees are outside the defined geofence boundary.
Instant notification feedback confirms successful check-in, providing peace of mind for the employee.
Quick check-out option available directly from the systray, streamlining the end-of-day process.

Intelligent error handling alerts users if no registered face data is found during the recognition process.
Enable the 'Enable Photo Audit Trail' option in Attendance Settings to capture and store verification photos during face attendance check-in and check-out.
Under the Employee profile, open the 'Face Capture' tab to review or register the employee's enrolled face reference photo.
Employees can easily start their workday by clicking the 'Check in' button located in the top navigation systray.
The Face Verification popup opens with live camera capture, requesting active liveness confirmation (such as a blink) before completing check-in.
An instant confirmation notification confirms the successful check-in, and the systray button changes to 'Check out'.
The attendance record stores the verification photo captured during check-in under the 'CHECK IN' tab, along with the mode and timestamp.
When finishing their work shift, employees click the 'Check out' button in the top navigation systray.
The system prompts for liveness verification during checkout (e.g., turning the head slightly) to ensure authentic physical presence.
A success notification confirms the employee has checked out, and the systray status button resets to 'Check in'.
The attendance record updates with check-out time and total worked duration, maintaining a comprehensive attendance history.
Under the 'CHECK OUT' tab of the attendance record, the captured checkout verification photo and timestamp provide a complete audit trail.
Under Attendance Settings, enable the 'Enable Multi-Location Geofencing' option to validate face attendance against authorized site boundaries.
Configure the 'Site Assignment Policy'.
Select your desired policy from the dropdown—'Assigned Sites Only' for multi-site geofencing enforcement or 'Legacy Company Geofence'.
Go to Attendances > Configuration > Authorized Sites to set up and manage permitted company branches or worksite locations.
View all configured authorized sites in a structured list displaying site codes, GPS coordinates, allowed radius, and active status.
In the Authorized Site form, configure GPS coordinates, set the allowed geofence radius (in meters), and assign authorized employees.
Access Attendances > Configuration > Site Assignments to manage employee site allocations across different branches.
The Site Assignments list displays each employee's authorized worksite, effective date range, and current active status.
Employees initiate their attendance check-in conveniently via the systray 'Check in' button.
During face verification, the system simultaneously verifies the employee's face and validates their live GPS position against authorized site coordinates.
Upon successful face match within the authorized geofenced area, check-in is confirmed with a success notification.
