Using this integration, you can seamlessly connect your Odoo system with EasyEcom and manage your entire shipping workflow from one place. Users can add shipping methods, fetch accurate live rates, confirm orders, generate labels, track shipments, create return shipments, and cancel shipments directly from Odoo without switching platforms. You can also import inventory stock, products, and orders from EasyEcom into Odoo and export stock and products from Odoo to EasyEcom to streamline inventory and stock management. This integration reduces manual effort, improves dispatch accuracy, and ensures a smooth, fast, and reliable order-to-shipment process for businesses of any size.

Multi-Package Management
Create and manage multiple packages for products to support flexible packaging and inventory operations.
Go to the sales "Configuration" ==> Delivery Methods.
Select the 'Delivery Method' and fill in all other required details.
Create a quotation and click on the 'Add Shipping' button.
After that, the 'Add a Delivery Method' wizard will appear. Enter all the details
and click on the 'Get Rate' button.
Here you can see the generated cost. Click on the 'Add' button.

Go to the Inventory ==> Delivery Partner.
Click the "Generate Token" button to generate a token.
Fill in your EasyEcom Credentials & Config credentials.

Create a Sale Order and click 'Delivery' smart button.
In the delivery order, click "Put In Pack".
Add package details by selecting the EasyEcom Packaging delivery package type.

It displays the Shipping Information under the Additional Info tab after generating the label.
You can view the order on the EasyEcom portal.
Click 'Delivery' smart button.
Currently SO is shown in the EasyEcom
Click "Cancel" to cancel the shipment.
Confirm the cancellation.

The Sales Order (SO) is also cancelled from the EasyEcom portal.
Open shop.
Add the product to the cart and click the 'View Cart' button.
Proceed to checkout.
Select the EasyEcom Shipping delivery method.
Enter payment details and click Pay Now.
Checkout done successfully.
Click 'Delivery' smart button.
In the delivery order, click "Put In Pack".

It displays the Shipping Information under the Additional Info tab after generating the label.
You can view the order on the EasyEcom portal.
Enable 'Shipping Dashboard'.
Click 'Shipping Dashboard'.

You can select shipping by date range.
You can select shipping status.
You can select customers.
You can select warehouse.
Enter API credentials and then press Sync Inventory to fetch stock details.
You can see the imported stock here.
You can also see that product on EasyEcom.
Set the Quontity '10' and save it.
Press Sync Inventory to fetch stock details.
Here, you can see that the imported stock quantity is 10.
Open a EasyEcom and then press Import Orders to fetch recent order data.
Select the date range and click the 'Start Sync' button.
You will receive a success notification as shown below.
Here, you can view the imported orders.
Go to the EasyEcom delivery partner and then press Sync Products to fetch recent data.
Currently, we have 4 products in EasyEcom.
After that, you will receive a notification confirming that the products have been synced successfully.
In Odoo, you can see all 4 products.
Create a product.
Press Sync Products to fetch recent data.
In Odoo, you can see that the product has been imported.
Enable the 'Allow Stock Export to EasyEcom' option under the 'EasyEcom Credentials & Config' tab.
You can see that the quantity of Product C is 0 in EasyEcom.
Select the product and click 'Export Stock to EasyEcom' from the Actions.
After that, you will receive a notification confirming that the stock has been exported successfully.
In EasyEcom, you can see that the quantity of Product C has been updated to 10.
Enable the 'Allow Product Export to EasyEcom' option under the 'EasyEcom Credentials & Config' tab.
Create a 'Product C'.
Select the product and click 'Export Products to EasyEcom' from the Actions.
After that, you will receive a notification confirming that the products have been exported successfully.
In EasyEcom, you can see that the new Product C has been added successfully.
