Users can add shipping methods, fetch accurate live rates, confirm orders, generate DHL labels, track shipments, and cancel shipments directly from Odoo without switching platforms. This integration reduces manual effort, improves dispatch accuracy, and ensures a smooth, fast, and reliable order-to-shipment process for businesses of any size.

Fill in your DHL Shipping credentials for proper API authentication.
In the shipping modal, click Get rate to retrieve real-time costs from DHL and then click Add to include the shipping fee in your sales quotation.

Once a delivery is finalized, Odoo automatically stores the carrier's tracking reference and shipping label attachment within the order's Additional Info tab.

Click on tracking to track the shipment.
You can track the shipment using the tracking number.

Enable the Shipping Dashboard in the user settings.
The Shipping Dashboard provides a centralized, high-level view of all shipment activities, allowing users to filter by shipping partners and manage high volumes of shipments from a single interface.
Use the Date Range filter in the Shipping Dashboard to quickly narrow down and manage delivery orders for specific time periods.
Apply the Status filter in the Shipping Dashboard to view and manage all delivery orders currently in the 'Ready' stage.
Apply the Customer filter in the Shipping Dashboard to quickly view and manage all delivery orders associated with a specific client.
Apply the Warehouse filter in the Shipping Dashboard to monitor and manage all deliveries for a specific fulfillment location.
Click the highlighted truck icon in the Shipping Order list to directly access real-time tracking information for any specific delivery.
Clicking the tracking icon in Odoo opens the DHL Track & Trace portal, automatically entering the shipment's reference number to check its real-time status.
