Flexible Rewards Configuration
Configure reward options and define the discounts or benefits customers receive when redeeming their loyalty points.
Create and manage the Loyalty Point Card program from the Discount & Loyalty menu.
Configure the Reward rules, defining the discount value per point and the points required for exchange.
Set up the Conditional rules, specifying the minimum purchase amount and how points are granted per dollar spent.
Click on the Reward button in the Sales Order to redeem available loyalty points.
Enter the number of points to redeem and click the Apply button to confirm.
The redeemed loyalty points are instantly applied as a discount line on the Sales Order.
Once the Sales Order is confirmed, you can easily view the summary of Issued and Used loyalty points on the order.
Attempt to redeem an invalid number of points that violates the reward rule multiple.
A validation error is immediately displayed, warning the user about the invalid point redemption multiple.
Attempt to redeem more loyalty points than the currently available balance on the card.
The system enforces the balance limit by displaying a validation error if the requested points exceed availability.
Track the detailed history of points earned and used per Sales Order from the Loyalty Card view.
