CRM Extra Fields
This module allows you to add extra fields in the CRM (lead, opportunity) form view. You can track details like, fax number, skype id, date of birth, department, home contact number, extra phone number & extra email. When the customer is created from a lead/opportunity these extra fields are copied there.

To convert the lead into an opportunity, click on the 'Convert to Opportunity' button.
