Goto pos setting and enable 'Enable Quotation Load Feature'. Here you have 4 different options. Easy to load last number of days quotation, cancel orders, notification enable with sounds.

Load Quotation ordes.

For cancel orders from pos, just enable it.

Here just select orders and click 'Load Quotation' and process orders after complete process that order will be canceled.
